You can see how much food you have in your food bar at the top of your game window. Purchase meals in the marketplace.
Please keep in mind that if you have over your Max energy level, or do not enough Food in storage for cover the cost of the meal the purchase option will be greyed out and you will not be able to buy it until you are either below your max energy level, or have collected enough Food.
